"I
left the show by choice" - Mehul
Kajaria"

the latest gen-leap, Balaji's Kyunki
Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has been thronged
with a host of new talent. But have you
noticed one of the Virani members missing?
Remember Harsh Virani, Tulsi's youngest
son and Mohini's paralysed husband in Kyunki…?
Mehul Kajaria, the actor is question, is
not visible in the current track, which
leads us to probe him about his disappearing
act.
"I have left the show by choice! I
am just 25 years old and I prefer to do
roles of my age. How can I look older than
my new co-stars who are my age? Also, there
was no scope to perform. So, I amicably
left the show, "says Mehul forthrightly.
"I had problem with the character not
with the production house or anyone else.
I share only a professional equation with
Balaji. In the past, I have attended Ekta
Kapoor's parties. But my relationship with
her is that of an employer and employee,"
he says in the same breath.
And coming to future prospects, "Talks
are on and I am optimistic that something
will materialize soon. I don't like to tom-tom
about my projects as I prefer my work to
speak for itself." says Mehul who has
featured in TV shows, namely, Hip Hip
Hurray Part II (Zee), Koi Apna Sa
(Sony) and Kehta Hain Dil (Star
Plus), and in movies like Mujhe Kuuch
Kehna Hai where he played Tusshar Kapoor's
friend.
Here's one brazen actor who didn't succumb
to ageing before time! So, now who will
play Mohini's dear hubby? We'll keep you
posted on the updates!
