‘Lajjo’ spends 100 grands on dental care

Actors would arguably rank amongst the preferred customers for cosmetic surgeons and dentists. After all, when you have the moolah why not splurge it on cosmetic surgery.

Reema Vohra, who plays the demure Lajjo in Zee TV’s Saath Saath, paid a visit to her dentist after the production house asked her to fix her protruding teeth. It’s also buzzed that the producers even paid for her treatment.

Reema though vehemently denied it. “The production house didn’t pay for my treatment. I’ve been in the industry for 6-7 years. I can look after my expenses,” she says.

Elaborating on her treatment, Reema says, I’ve fitted invisible braces which cost me Rs.1 lakh. The entire thing was done in 2-3 days. Each session took few of hours of shoot. However, my producers were kind enough to give me this leeway.”

Needless to say, the results have been spectacular and this Punjabi kudi is smiling ever so brightly.
