Mercurial Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar is set to make his second appearance in an Indian television reality show when he graces the grand finale of Ek Se Badhkar Ek on September 14. The show is produced by UTV Television.

Confirming the news, UTV Television COO Ajit Thakur says, “Yes Shoaib will be the guest at the grand finale of Ek Se Badhkar Ek. “

Earlier there were reports that the Pakistani speedster would be participating in the show. However, Ajit Thakur rubbished these by saying that Shoaib will only be a guest and not a participant.

The grand finale of Ek Se Badhkar Ek will take place on September 14 and will air at 8.00 pm on Zee TV. The final will be competed between the pair of Kushal Punjabi-Sanchita and Jasveer Kaur and her partner Raja Hasan.

Shoaib had earlier come on as a guest in Sahara One’s reality show Jjhoom India.
